"AS" doesn't look good the same color as the bad, maybe make it a darker gray.
The "CLOTHING CO." isn't needed, just downgrades the design and makes it look like something you would see at Abercrombie.
The little devil guy isn't aligned with the "BADASHELL" writing, and could use much more detail. I personally would just get rid of it, but that is just me.
